Shipping policy

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping details via email.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • We aim to deliver all orders by next day or within 5 days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are communicated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders, promotions, or locations.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or logistical issues
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events

In such cases, we will notify you proactively.

Important:

  • Delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or exchange.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If you are unavailable:
    • The delivery executive may contact you for instructions.
    • After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to the seller.

Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.


6. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • You or an authorized person should be available to receive the order.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS (if applicable).
  • You can use these details to track your shipment status.

8. Partial Shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be delivered in parts.
  • Missing items (if any) will be shipped separately.

9. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently deliver to selected locations.
  • If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed during checkout or after placing the order.

10. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails after multiple attempts:

  • The order will be returned to the seller.
  • Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
